This year, Chronic Disease Day is Friday, July 10, and while virtual, it will be loaded with information and presentations from well-known advocates to build awareness and raise funds.

Dr. Eliseo J. Pérez-Stable, director of the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities, Rep. Joseph Kennedy III and Chris Draft, former NFL star and founder of the Chris Draft Family Foundation are among the chronic disease champions presenting during the virtual event at 12 p.m. ET.
